Polaroid Diaries - Tracking Record

"Dear Diary - Solid yellow marks the permanence of the wall, brightly reflecting the warmth of the winter's afternoon sun. Overpass, safety wall, dull coloured grasses all work hand in hand to highlight the glowing scar that crosses my vision. A red car speeds past...blurs...a droplet of blood is casually wiped from a freshly opened wound..."

  • Received Thursday, August 24, 2006...(US Eastern Time)
  • Where the Snap was found:

"My brother found the snap in a rain gutter on top of the Rockefeller building in New York City while our family was touring. He was afraid to pull a random photograph out of a gutter on top of a rather high building in the scary city that is New York, so I fished it out. It added an intriguing twist to the day, and I couldn't wait to get internet access to figure out what this was all about. "

Finder's Diary entry and/or plans for the Snap:

"The photo is still in my posession (it got to see Mystic, CT and Hackensack, NJ from my purse), now back at my home in upstate South Carolina. I intend to place it somewhere that will take it far far away from this podunk town. Thanks for introducing me to the world that is traveling polaroids... from Inman, South Carolina"
